got my steels last friday.
opened my 1/4 slip today.
big dent on the back of the steel and the glossy finish looks also cheap (lot of dust grains)

Just tried to pick this up but the customs official didn't accept the paypal payment details because there is no information about what I paid for.

Got my Lenti and Boxset as well... these guys... know how to pack a steelbook! Incredible packaging, almost overkill.... except we know it isn't. Made it all the way to Alaska in MINT condition!

Were your lenti and box set shipped separately? I received the lenti, still waiting on the box set. I'm patient and I'm sure it will arrive, just wanted to make sure they didn't mess up and only ship me one.

Yes they were. I ordered my lenticular through their website and the boxes through the GB here.

Just got mine and I'm thoroughly disappointed. The steelbook has lots of dust in the glossy finish, especially on the back, as well as lots of superficial scratches which can be seen under lighting. The design is beautiful, but quality seems poor.

This is my first HDZeta steelbook. I missed out through the website and had to pay eBay prices to get this, only to be disappointed. I have a number of glossy steelbooks from Zavvi and haven't seen this problem with those. My T3 steelbook is also mostly black and glossy and had a flawless finish.

It's the second time I order something from HDZeta, the first time it was the Gladiator steelbook through a group buy on HDN ... and what a *ucking debacle it was already (took ages to come with few problems) ... and now this ...

Picked this up on ebay (I'll forget how much for) and it's gorgeous. Decided to pick up a regular steelbook for T3 as the Zavvi one is fine, but I'm waiting on a great T2 to put with them.

I got my T1 Boxset set and there are scratches on it significant enough to warrant a return plus its loose inside. I was offered a refund on my T1 boxset after taking some pictures and showing them in a PM, not including the $31 it is going to cost me to ship it back to China, Bleh. What do you do at this point? Might be more profitable to just sell the damaged copy even though that's not really my thing but cost of shipping it back is 20% of what I paid for it.
I already paid for my Genesis boxset, I see very little chance of anyone getting all 5 boxsets in excellent condition. Especially since my T1 boxset was not damaged during shipping, you can tell by how it was packed and the type of damage they sent it that way.

Why do you have to pay for shipping if the item arrived damaged?

Nobody should have to pay for return shipping costs in case the item arrived damaged. That would be substandard customer service and not tolerable in my point of view.

I managed to open my lenti today and the steelbook is relly stunning, one of the best looking I've had.

Worth the buy imo
