Just placed my order for this, as it looks so cool.

I thought the best chance of getting a SB is to order early. If there will be limited quantities of the Steelbook, then the sooner I order, the better.

got an email from them as well saying they can't guarantee a steelbook.
That is kind of ridiculous don't you think?

Amazon are pants,i have emailed them loads in the past with questions about products they sell and they seem to not know what the hell there selling.

Grrrr! Now I'm pissed that I cancelled my order for this! I thought the Steelbook release had been cancelled. I really like the coloring on it. Too bad there's not interior artwork!

Mine's just moved to the "Shipping Soon" stage, so I will just have to wait a few days, and see what turns up...a bit pricey if it turns out to be the standard release, but worth the risk, as it looks so nice!

I'm getting the German one, but I was thinking about getting this one and using it for my 1982 Carpenters Thing, but if the SB isnt guaranteed I cant get it
