I found mine at FS 3 months ago, almost fell over. 40+tax was steep but at the time they were going for 80$ on ebay, BUT whateve great movie even better Steel

If it's just the movie you're after, there are some combos sold at future shop for $29.99 and 3 movies are included: The Town, Book of Eli and Unknown I think.

Of course if you want the steels for them, you're gonna have to more than 3 times this amount

I would say somewhat rare because Canada was the only country to get a steelbook for this. It's not impossible to find though and you don't have to pay crazy prices to get it.
