Our first releases are starting points to start a work of comparison with the collectors.

Talking about criticisms, I find it hard to support you at all when you are openly reselling (particularly Asian) OOP items at scalper prices.

Before some of these OOS items have even shipped from their retailers you have on your site 'was €110 now €99.99' etc.......when these prices never existed in the first place.

How is that even legal?

I'm not expecting a reply, but I thought I'd voice my opinion anyway.

I remember that Cine-Museum has 3 lines of exclusive production:

1. CME (Cine-Museum Exclusives) for all releases 100% exclusive on packaging and discs sometimes.

2. CMI (Cinemuseum Independent) for independent movies distribution (Shanda's River ha sbeen the first release and we'll release soon a great movie called "In a Lonely Place" and "terrifier" by Damien Leone)

3. CMA (CIne-Museum Art) for WWA steelbook releases...hoping to start WEA production as soon as possible.

We'll work to improve shipping service and packaging also, even if 5% it's the standard percentage of shipping issues and we can only work to ensure the best assistance for these situations.

The product referred to this thread is "The untouchables" and is regularly and legally sold for € 37.90.
I look forward to an intervention by the moderators regarding these comments.
Our products are sold with a service, like any other business. I no longer intend to discuss this, but I intend to dedicate time to those interested in our work.

Anyone who will still refer to ILLEGAL behaviors by Cine-Museum will respond directly to our legal department to which we will provide tomorrow the names of these users.
