Probably meant to reflect the pre-order is not available in-store. Unless this is a shared or low print run, this will be available in store and on release week, for cheaper pricing too.

I was actually just about to ask the question you just answered, Thanks :)

I was worried about ordering this online as apparently shipping from Target is poor, and as it says not available in store, i was going to have to bite the bullet and hope to get a decent copy in the post, but actually, the way you put it actually makes so much sense

Guess i will hold off on the pre-order so i can try and get a mint copy instead

I'm worried it says sold online only... will this be like cowboys?

Pretty much every Target exclusive seems to say this. On rare occassions it actually is online only (Cowboys & Aliens was one example), but the majority of the time it will be released in stores. I doubt this will be available in large amounts as Target tends not to have huge stocks and I'm sure they won't carry this as much as they did for other exclusives (Django Steelbook, Disney Digibooks, etc...)

I know this isn't going to be as good as the "Head Aquarium" but it is a steelbook and that is the reason I like it.
BTW I am getting the "Head Aquarium" also.

Thank you both for your answers Ive never ordered online before and prefer not too because of damage. I honestly never could remember. I Was a bit shocked they raised this $5 im hoping we see it around$40 in store on release . i will rish and hope for a in store pick up.

Who wants season 1 and 2 in steel USA as well? ;)

Me! Me!!! I'd love to see more steelbooks for TV series, but.....would also love to see a season 2 of V: TV series. They released the first season and that was good. I also hate incomplete sets.

Also Wreck, is it possible that Scanavo can make a steelbook that allows for more than 4 discs like the Viva's did? I forget what it was called, but Viva metalpak has two plastic clasps on the inside, that act as a hinge to allow the case to open. If they did that, they would truly be king for packaging. The inside wasn't proprietary was it? If not, then that suggestion should be made.

We would also have a great thin option steel, instead of getting stuck with a Jumbo. They just seem flimsy inside. They may have improved (since I haven't seen one since the first Disney run a few years back).

Not sure if anyone posted this or saw it online, but this looks to be an online only exclusive. It states on the Target site that it is available online only and not available in stores!!!

On the same note, Evil Dead on the site shows it is available for pre-order online, and will be available in stores on 7/16....

I don't think this will be a online exclusive only. If you look at all three versions of season three on their web site including the amaray version, they all say online only at this time and I find it hard to believe that they are selling the amaray version only online. Once you get closer to the release date it will say in stores also. The question is how big it the print run? Will it be a handful of copies per store or a lot of copies.
