The Wolverine (3D+2D Blu-ray SteelBook) (HMV Exclusive) [UK]

Just gone to preorder and they told me £34.99!!!!!! Provisional date 1st Jan 2014.

How ****ing much? They can stick that where the sun don't shine. Looks like HMV are heading for another fall.

That's a holding date and full RRP, ignore

Usually, we are looking at box office release date + around 4 months for the product to be on the shelves.

Not happy! Great looking steelbook, but just phoned HMV (local one quite a few miles away). Won't take pre-order over the phone..... have to go into the store to pay £5 deposit!! I live quite a way from my local store, so petrol, parking just to give them a fiver deposit... no thanks HMV.
Is the movie any good?

Agree. This was always the case when I preordered from my store (before it closed down).

It's like Zavvi or anywhere else, the price will drop before release.

Also it's got the 3D version of the film which is unusual for the UK so it might be priced slightly higher than the average Steelbook.

How about g.i. joe at £26.99. This is a reasonable price, least their only asking for a fiver deposit now. Still will wait til nearer thd release date to get mine but only if it has a drop in price.

For £99.99 i can get the claw and all x men movies including this one in 3d

:hilarious: Reasonable price ??35 £ plus i have to drive twice (pre order and collect ) x miles to my nearest shop . Yeah probably end up around 50 £ . Lets hope they go online soon:hilarious:

I'm expecting HMV Online site to be up and running in the Autumn...

Anyways, I'll see if there is any demand for instore pick up on release day if anyone misses out on a GB or can't source easily

Maybe RRP but HMV Manchester needed full payment now or they wouldnt order it for me :hilarious:

And that's a rip off EEK!

Oxford Street, London should get 100s on release day...No dramas if some one misses out...Surely can't be more exciting than the Drive Steels I picked up for members last year :D
