I don't think it is. I ordered a week ago and it still hasn't dispatched when I check my account it says current status - Backorder.

I'm gutted that missed on out this becuase i went for other steelbooks and some new consoles. I already own the Play.com Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz so I may have to take the plunge and get this from WOWHD, i've not had damaged steelbook from them yet but £21.99 is not what i wanted to play at the moment.

This is just like with Scott Pilgrim. Only release worldwide and it was an ok movie and the steel is badass!!!

This is the type of movie you either hate it or love it. No reason for the studios to gamble with this one so they played it safe and probably had a low print run in the 5000-6000 is my guess.

That's not gloss. It's a sort of Matte gloss. Kick Ass 2 is gloss. Compare both of them and you will see the difference.

If it is gloss, it is cheap gloss or thin gloss.

Dont have it in hand but if ricster says it's High gloss finish with metallic shine through effect on the rear I trust him

I have it and it is without a doubt a gloss finish. There is nothing matte about it.

Same. I can't decide whether to pay the going rate from a third part or wait for a restock that might never come. I think i'm going to pop down to my local HMV and see if they have any copies left.

If you going by photos you wont see how glossy it is
you have to see it in the flesh to see that its a real glossy finish

Its High gloss finish with metallic shine through effect on the rear
Photos from Cameras cant show how glossy

When you have it in your hand you will see its very glossy

Oh I see. Then I MUST be wrong lol.

Yes I do. Looking at them side by side. Kick Ass 2 is pure 100% gloss. The World's End is a cheaper looking Matty Gloss.

Take a closer look at the terrible finish. I know what I am talking about. Trust me.
