Like this commercial on their storefront. :)

I received my package today, though it arrived slightly damaged. The shipping box was intact, and the item was tucked safely inside meters of bubble wrap. I guess the "collectors" weren't on shift, when they shipped mine out :( I contacted them via e-mail, to initiate an exchange. I hope everything goes smoothly :ohno:

I just bought a 1/4 slip through ebay (aside from my two full slips through PLAIN), but this copy is #1018/1000; apparently there were 50 pre-sale/promotional copies given out. Maybe this is a rarity?

I purchased both copies together and they arrived yesterday in one package with NO customs charges :scat::scat:

Ron

I bought both separately and didn't pay customs on either. :scat:

Thanks for the heads up guys, arrived today.Really nice looking steels,1/4 slip no198 and full slip no1479 and no customs charge.
With having previously worked at Parcelforce for 10 years and seeing all those packages getting hammered with charges I was fearing the worst.
Also great sturdy packaging from Plain Archive, will be ordering from them again without a doubt.:thumbs:

Here my 2 beauties:

Full Slip Nr. 46

1/4 Slip Nr. 968

I had to pay custom fees. I think when private person ("Kate Lee") from Korea sends a "gift" package to germany the custom guys get suspicious. Marked "22 $".
But It was worth it.

I got the quarter and full slips in but PLAIN made a mistake with my order. I ordered 1x quarter and 2x full slips, but only received one of each. I'm sure they'll take care of this error. I'm very pleased with my order.

You can be certain about that. Just email them and they will respond within a day.

Every contact I had with them was swift, pleasant and relevant.

Wow that 003 is simply amazing! I can't explain why, but I love me some low #'s. I guess the odds were in your favor :D

As some people have mentioned in prior posts of other threads, it doesn't really seem to matter to many people if it's a low number, because it's a very limited print run to begin with...so 3 vs 1,003 shouldn't really matter. But it does seem that there are some people out there who place more value on low print numbers vs. higher ones. To each their own, I reckon. ;)

I'm just glad that they arrived rather fast and in excellent condition.

I can't wait to see what else Plain Archive releases in the near future. As others have already commented with these in hand...the quality of these is top-notch.
