I'm not 100% but the purchasing there is through PayPal for international customers. So my guess would be, like most online markets that only have a PayPal payment option that you will be charged the same day that you make your pre-order.

This is now looking like the best steelbook release ever released... I cant comment on the actual steelbook as its not in hand, but the content and effort Plain Archives have put into this release just blows Blufans right out the window...
