Well, I hope Plain Archive's 1st endeavour into Steelbook sale is a big success because I want MORE quality Steelbooks from them. Not really into war films but I'm considering ZDT if it looks as good as this one.

I am loving the high end/classy image Plain Archive are going for, and am absolutely sold by their PR and marketing. Of course it'll all come down to the final product, and I feel they will have a lot to lose if it doesn't live up to expectations; expectations which they've set in the first place from how they're selling and advertising.

Ordering from them was hassle free and their customer service turnaround was pretty good too. I'm also quite chuffed by the pricing. I hope they can keep it up.

This is definitely my most anticipated Steelbook release now. If this Steelbook is as high quality as they're touting it to be, then Plain Archive are really setting the bar high, and might even give Eureka a run for their money as a Criterion for Steelbooks.

ZDT is not really a war film bud. It's a movie about the Osama bin Laden saga. It's intense, and very well done.

Well, when I said 'war' I meant anything involving soldiers, armies and all that stuff. It's pretty broad description for me.

I'll give it a try though, just like I am about The Wrestler a try since the Steelbook looks good. I know, messed up priorities.

They do have a huge number of steels to sell and they are new - so having said that, it might take a bit.

Personally, I would expect as they do another one or two and people are really happy with seeing their editions first hand, they might actually sell out quite quickly.

I got 1 copy of the quarter and full slip ordered for me, and 1 full slip for a friend here.
