I'm not really sure I am understanding this... When Blufans (or HDzeta, or whomever) put in an order at Scanovo, with their designs- Scanovo gets to decide what the finish is?!! And the actual company putting in this order has to live with it?! I can't imagine a company can operate that way. If I order 100 sunburst Gibson Les Paul guitars from Sam Ash, and they say 'yes- but they will be blue instead, and spray painted' they will not get my business now or ever again. I find it hard to believe that Scanovo do as they please, and that Blufans will just take it.
I have no idea of the dynamics of Scanovo as a business, but that would be a great way to go out of business....

I think it's more of the problems Scanavo are having delivering proper gloss finishes. Their quality control has gotten bad.

Yes! The order was for a Gloss steelbook. Anything less is unacceptable.

I messaged Kevin strongly advising that they at least spot gloss Wall-E, if not I think I'll cancel. Same goes for Thor. I got a reply.

I KNOW I LIKE THE GLOSSY FINISH MYSELF, BUT THE DECISION IS MADE BY SCANAVO WITH TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT ATTIUDE. WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO.

Well if thats the case what's to stop them telling blu fans that all the other Marvel steels will be matte.

Blu fans need to tell them to get it sorted or they won't be paying. You don't pay for goods you didn't order.

Cant wait to see the full slip in actual pics, are they gonna do lenti's on full slips like iron man, no overly fussed on lenti's but would rather have a matching theme.

Also I would totally pay $10 for a V1 steel

Pretty sure the copies were so bad they went straight into the trash with no option of selling them as empties.

As far as I remember there is only lenticular full slip for Thor and Captain america

Nothing has been announced yet on this or any other release. Anything outside official messages posted on Blufans should be regarded as speculation.

and here for Thor, the issue is not really the Finish, is that Blufans when announced the release and the details stated it would be Gloss Finish and gave us the artwork pictures of the gorgeous steel gloss finish, simply stunning what they told/showed us we would get. They have created expectations and we have been excited for months now and changing such an important detail is just not right. If it would have been announced Matte the first day people would not have been happy but not as unhappy as they are now if indeed Scanavo decides to give the matte Finish only. It is still speculation as @domalorite stated so will wait for the final details as to know what will be the finish, but here it is mainly an ''expectation issue'' as to why people are that upset.
