Thor (Blu-ray SteelBook)-Embossed [Portugal]

I just bought a Thor Steelbook from Portugal... Does anyone know if this plays Region A? It shows Region A-C not tested.. just checking! Thanks guys:ohno:

OK thanks. I can't check my bank account right now as I'm on hols but I got an email to say it was pending or something :confused: Fingers crossed for you it arrives soon and undamaged.

Yeah fingers crossed, it still says on the website 'In logistic treatment' but Im taking it as a good sign the money has gone ;)
 
It says:

"Delayed delivery. We await information from the supplier"

I'm guessing they're getting some more in from scanavo or something?

If you're using google chrome and it translates automatically, go to 'view details' of 'ver detalhes' after logging in (it should be on the far right)

Then under 'Expedition' it will say 'Entrega atrasada. Aguardamos informação do fornecedor' which translated..

When I click on "In logistic treatment" it says:

Your order is being wellness prepared logistics. At the Time of shipment will be sent an email Confirming dispatch and Its processing.

When I click on the actual order it says at the bottom:

Note: Our articles are only charged at the time of shipment, subject to exceptions. The shipping dates are indicative only, where the articles are available in Fnac.pt or suppliers.

Also in the delay notification email I received on 12th July it says:

Please be advised that, although the date for the dispatch of your order was 7/11/2012, still we could not ship all items ordered.

If any of these articles was in pre-sale, remember that we can only make your submission on the launch date it was published, unless delay in delivery of the item by the supplier.

By delay, we present our apologies.

Note: We suggest you follow through your customer account, updating the status of each of these items. Please note also that charging only occurs at the time process the order.

I don't get why my credit card was charged on the 7th July which was the same day I placed the order, when they clearly did not have the item then.

I don't think this is going to turn up.
 
I honestly can't work out what the problem is.

Either they were expecting some in, perhaps the unsold ones from the stores? I know other stores in Portugal (not FNAC) have some on the shelves.

If not they were expecting some in from their supplier? Don't who that could be?
 
The problem, as I can figure out, it that FNAC do not have stock. The "supplier" reference is just generic...We are trying to source from blah blah ... HMV do the same and send a cancellation some time later. I'm losing hope on this one :(

The naughty bit is charging the cc EEK!

Got the email as well, there offering a swap for something else and they will refund the difference. I think it says if you dont reply to the email they will cancel your order and refund you.

...Basically I can replace my steelsbooks with the amaray as far as I can tell :hilarious: and they will refund the difference..

Or I can email them to say I want a refund, or I can just ignore them and after two days they will give me a refund anyway :dunno:
 
Same email. :( I just emailed back saying if they cannot get it to refund my CC. I scolded them a little for charging my CC before shipping, unlike how their site states.
