I received mine, but HMV have really poor packaging, one metal corner is chocked, how can I do to return it to them and get refurbished ? (I open it).

On average - I'd say anywhere from 10 to 15 business days. Lots of things hold international shipments up...and sometimes maybe it's just that the package is at the back of the shipping container (the ones in the front get cleared first).

That is how fast mine showed up as well on the east coast, although most of my items from HMV normally show up pretty fast considering they are coming from the UK.

When I order from Amazon.co.uk (did it +- 10 times now), it only takes 4-5 days. Why's that?

There's really no rhyme or reason on why packages take longer to arrive. I sent a package to the UK that took 3 weeks to arrive, but sent another one recently that took less than a week. Customs is usually a culprit on why things get held up.

UK always faster than USA for me, as UK is much more nearest to my country.
