so much better without the floating heads !!!!

Sometimes floating heads look super odd, but at least these don't look so bad IMO.

If I had the choice, yes I would choose without the floating heads like Flips image shows (and actually, the top image in Greyback's post #602 looks best)

But if they do stick with this as the final artwork, overall I think the image is fine and represents the movie very appropriately.

Just to top it off and make everyone happy, they could put the "floating heads" as the back artwork. I think both these minor changes would make this steel awesome!

Thanks, I hope enough people have the same opinion and the artwork ill be inproved.

My wish:

-frontartwork like in my post with a full glossy finish ans a silver color embossed title.
-a backartwork with the hammer

-this Steelbook also in other countrys like the old one or Star Trek

Folks you gotta remember, Zavvi is bound by having to use pre-exiting and pre-approved artwork for this and Capt Am. Getting aprroval on new artwork (esp fanart... like from ninjas on here) is probably a difficult thing to do.

In a perfect world, we could put up a poll, vote for the best, submit it to retailer, they hit print, and bam!

But the red tape makes it more complicated than that since we are dealing with copyrights and legalities.

Both of those look fantastic Snolly! If Zavvi get on to Paramount and try and use that image then I will definitely buy this. Otherwise it's a no, I just don't think the current art is special enough to necessitate the steel treatment.

I am pretty upset that I just watched a HMV Thor go for $73 US on eBay, but choose NOT to bid because I knew I could get 3 of these for that price. Now I feel like I should have gotten it an waited to re-sell it way down the road...it's hard to pull the trigger on a single steel at the prices they are going for...
