:whistle:Was wondering how force was apply/exerted and to what angle to have a result like that and the same to the other package.

AND
:whistle:BY the way was wondering if someone can monitor the damage around the world of blufans release on the box, it will be obvious then to get the best idea of the problem source:whistle:
:whistle:And sorry to wonder a bit too much:sorry:

Got my DL yesterday, as usual with Blufans, a fantastic package and great artwork on everything. Still believe their steelbook finishes could do with some extra work, some embossing on the characters would be epic, especially on this release

But still a great package !

Stomach-churning to see those pics of bashed in parcels … not as if China's playing in the World Cup so damages can't be put down to fans in the post office having a kickaround.

:woot: Mine arrived!!!

Bit of a dent on one corner, bent some of the foam too, but not enough to make it to the precious so phew

Did panic for a second after seeing the dent. Pretty sure I had worse arrive from Film Arena and the insides were perfect too.

So massive thanks to @Wreck @cooey and whoever else am forgetting that helped run this GB! Thank you thank you thank you
(This is easily my fave blu-fans, of the few I own)

Am convinced it's something to do with the air travel aspect as i've only had damaged boxes from international / imported items. Anything in the UK, including zavvi/hmv lazy steelbook packaging arrives immaculate.

Then again, It could be argued that the longer a package is in transit, the more likely it takes damage...

Glad it arrived mint!

I'll be honest, in all of my years of steelbook collecting I have had more issues with Zavvi than any other company. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience from overseas items. Zavvi used to be terrible a couple of years ago with the dreaded knife wielding spine slasher and the paint chips here and there. I've been very lucky for a long time now with every retailer. Even amazon europe with their single cardboard mailers and NO inside protection I've had no issues with, surprisingly.

The best packaging always comes from other members/sellers.

Blufans and their padded foam boxes are great too.

Thanks. Am so chuffed, especially with BP related issues lately

Agreed, same here.
Had several bashed up boxes that make me worried and panic for a moment, but so far the packaging seem sufficient enough(for imported premiums that is)

Most of Zavvis issues are before packing as well. Think the masses of Jungle Book spine slashes were the worst in memory. Went through 3 copies before getting a non-damaged one off eBay. They even resent me the same copy back, un-shrink wrapped, thinking I wouldn’t notice!! Cheeky sods
Needless to say, outside of Disney and MCU movies, I won’t buy off them anymore. Though with recent issues I will be rethinking things beyond Infinity War. May just import, standards or premiumz(often i’ll Get a premium anyway...)

As many of us received all banged up boxes (and this is not the first time ) I still don’t know what’s up with Blufans, it’s not a rocket science that they just need to change / improve the boxes and it’s china they’ve like thousand types of boxes that can protect all kinds of damages...

Sorry if this is OT guys, but as many of us are talking about Blufans and the state in which many of our packages are arriving in as of late, I thought I'd post this here...

Just walked in from work to find this battered and squashed parcel waiting for me, my heart sank... :pain: I received my Thor Ragnarok OC tracking # from @cooey the other day and prayed to God this was not already it!! EEK! (I hadn't been notified of anything else incoming). In fact it turned out to be my remaining Blufans Mega GB order from the other site, a copy of CA3 Iron Man DL and Frozen Anna Lenti... :arghh:

Literally looks like it's been kicked around like we've seen in those recent vids...:mad::mad:

Opened it up to find both steels individually wrapped in lots of bubble wrap and not foam blocks...

VERDICT...

One BIG crease line from top to bottom on the spine of CA3 and a relatively small tear to the spine of Frozen Anna...

To be honest I expected the damage to be far worse than it actually is given the state of the shipping box (I haven't opened them to check the contents though). However for me personally, I just can't keep these in my collection in such condition :(:ugh: The frequency in which these Blufans packages are arriving badly damaged is getting ridiculous now, I am literally sh!tting myself about my Thor Rag One Click which is currently en' route :ohno::ohno::ohno::dead::dead::dead:

Really sorry to see the shipment and the items in that state, @Mickle_89 :(

The Shanghai "parcel smasher" strikes again...

It is unfortunate that Blufans hasn't reserved any spares for Thor: Ragnarok box set.

The wait for those to arrive (I'm in the same boat) is now on a slightly higher than usual level of anticipation and excitement :bag:

Mine looked like it had been literally run over. Huge depression running from the left bottom corner to the top right. Luckly the DL was absolutely fine. I was bricking it when I was unpacking it.
