I was just in my Best Buy and was told they sold out of pre orders. And according to their system they are only expecting in three copies otherwise. Not sure how they sold out of pre orders when it was another available for store pickup and there were no pre orders allowed in store.

The bigger question: 3 hours of extras? Is that right? The one-shot may be 15-20 mins, the deleted scenes maybe 10 mins and the Winter Soldier preview can only be the trailer? 120 mins unaccounted for. Unless the 3D disc is classed as a bonus feature?

I don't think anyone really knows. The pictures aren't conclusive and we are relying on the word of a guy who said it wasn't debossed at first only to change his mind afterwards.
