There is not one Blufans New and Sealed Steelbook on eBay for less than cost on a Buy-It-Now, Cap 1 & Thor 1 are basically doing double the cost and Thor is rising to even more, in a month's time, these will be selling for over £100 each sealed easily. I like reading some of the posts on here, because they make me laugh, I do wonder if some of you smoke crack before posting on here! LOL :cigar::cigar::cigar::cigar::cigar::cigar::cigar::cigar::cigar:

You're smoking crack if you think buy it now price reflects the value. It's auction prices that shows the the true value of a steelbook.

Never. Auction prices don't show the true value. It's usually heat of the moment or excitement that makes some people bid higher or if it goes completely under radar or people forget to up there bid when it sells below cost.

Auctions only show what people are willing to pay…so in that sense it has it's worth to the buyer. Personally, i'd say you might get a certain amount for something but wouldn't say that's what it's worth, iyswim.

Let's please get back on topic, feel free to start a separate thread to discuss resale value, ebay etc... Thanks.

The forever changing shipping dates of Blufans...

Latest change from Blufans is that these will be in stock June 23 and ready for immediate domestic shipping then.
Oh damn!!!

Once the Marvel is over I am really going to rethink whether I wanna buy Blufans anymore. The end product is just not worth it. Heck even FA is doing way better job than Blufans. FA may not have WEA art on there steelbook but the overall package quality and pricing is way better.

I am thinking the same. It is getting to a point where it's becoming tiresome.

I have cut down my steelbook buying drastically. And I was only going to continue to buy Blufans just to keep the collection going. But with the complete let down of the Marvel wave, and an uninspiring new release schedule, it might be a good time to break the chain.

I feel the same way, I am fed up since the Marvel Fiasco as I call it (and all the other releases with issues) and as you say the uninspiring release schedule...I was so into Blufans at one point and now I would miss out and I could care less... My collecting needs are mainly mets somewhere else... I might grab some titles in the future if they come out with something not expected and tired title, but if ever I will wait for it to fully come out and see final pics before I grab the occasional one...some far away title that I would not miss for example would be Finding Dori or Frozen 2 but that is far far away...plus once announced, add a year to that ?!

Ha... never fed up
Patience is a virtue
it's still BLUFANS all the way... the worldwide leader in "real" lentis
you poeple will still buy Blufans releases in the future lol (especially Incredible Hulk & BH6)

No they seem to be loosing their edge, it used to be exciting when A blufans title is announced, now it's close to boredom...

Definite Pass on Hulk,

But would buy a Copy of BH6 ...if I don't pick up a copy first elsewhere with 3D Disk.

it all would depend on seeing the finish product first.

the best lentis so far are from Novamedia followed closely by Kimchi: Drive, John Wick, Captain America Winter Soldier, Dawn of the planet of the apes , Avengers, .... they all wipe the floor with Blufans lenticular versions but that's just my personal opinion of course ;-)

I wouldn't say the marvel wave has been a disaster. The Steelbooks are lush, especially the iron man and Thor ones. I just wish they put a bit more love into their slips, very poor choice of card to use for the slips, they're quite tall too which bugs me a little and I would prefer to have no lenticular at all, I hate them. But I still love that they seem to be going for a full matching set which is what these movies deserve. Novas slips are perfect but haven't had much luck in steelbook quality from them personally. Blufans wins in the steelbook game easy

Did you just say Lush? :)

That made me laugh

With you on that one. Nova's 3D Lenti's are on point ! love them.

Fair enough, it's good you enjoy mundane lentis especially with Nova Avengers on that list (a grainy lenti lol). Kimchi's Tangled, Thor 2, and Memento lentis will blow away anything Nova has to offer. Nothing from Nova comes close to Blufans MU, CA1, and Transformer 4.
