Definitely. Drum18 has been extremely helpful and it makes you realise exactly why they call it a community. Collectors from all 4 corners of the world and they come together like next door neighbours. Fantastic.

Yep there are a few eBay sellers that have a good track record, that I have bought older titles through and they always come well packed. I tend to read the reviews on any seller before bidding/buying. If I spot one bad packaging comment then I don't use. Steelbook collectors are quick to comment if the packaging is crap.

I've probably purchased 40-50 steels off of eBay, and I've yet to receive one that is damaged and not packaged well. I too look at a seller's feedback, etc. before buying.

There is nothing wrong with buying on Ebay, but it is oftentimes hit-and-miss.

If I find a good seller on Ebay, I stick with them, but it is the Wild West as far as buying and selling goes.

Yes, there is Paypal protection, and yes, you can likely get a refund. I just don't have the time and maybe have more money than to go through the hassle of a refund.

GB is pretty much a sure-fire thing. Most GB hosts have been through it all before and have it down to a well-oiled process. To me, that is well worth the extra 2 GBP.

Most definitely! I only buy on eBay for titles I missed out on or those that weren't offered in a GB.

This will be my first Group Buy if I decide to order and with the Future Shop release date the day after Zavvi Version I would like to see some real photos before I decide

From what I can remember Paul, with U.S./CA titles we usually don't see pics until somebody actually has it in hand. Usually on release day unfortunately

Yes if you are happy to trust non tracked post otherwise you are looking at another 60$ for tracked ,which is the only thing putting me off ordering at the mo.
