limited "****" is still "****" ;) Do you guys really fall for that?
really, these "extras" doesn't really make the steelbook ITSELF better, do they?

Besides, I'm not comparing it with the Zavvi one. The only world exclusive one is the FS/BS release. Am I wrong?

It's like saying, why buy Steelbooks? What's different about the movie except the actual Steelbook? Just because you're buying a Steelbook doesn't make the actual Disk or Movie ITSELF any better. Same argument. We're all mostly collector's here, and we value things differently than other people do. We wouldn't be in the Steelbook game otherwise.

good that you say that. 'cus that's actually exactly my point. we are steelbook collectors, which sometimes makes the movie itself secondary. but are you now collecting slips, so that the steelbook itself now becomes secondary?

Slips just happen to be part of the package for some Steelbooks. It's like Terminator 2.0, it's just the slip that makes that Steelbook so valuable. It's still the same Steelbook as the other one, just happens to have a black slip. So, it's not like this is a new thing.

Right now the best editions are coming out of Asia and the discs are region A, at the least. Some people prefer the cheap Region B Locked crap... and that's good! :p

Some pearls come from Asian, some from Canada, some from UK, and, believe it or not, some even come from Germany. And I'm glad that the internet (and ninja GBs of course) gives me the opportunity to order them all.

Region lock shouldn't be a problem nowadays, since most new bluray players are region free. But to globally call region B locked disc "crap", I don't know...

Lol, it's like calling all those extras that this release is coming with- that people are looking forward to - "****". I don't know...

If this was $34.99 I'd bite straight away..... being $44.99 + shipping makes this expensive, especially compared to the BestBuy steelbook. I don't know what to do :D

I'm surprised there isn't a lower price for initial pre-orders as there have been with previous Kimchi releases.

Choi - Could you ask Tony about this please

there is no room for special price.

Thor 2 KR steelbook is 41.99$ on kimchidvd with 3$ discount.

3$ expensive include all booklet, sticker, number card, artcard and lenticular.

as matter of fact, kimchi just release this title for marketing purpose.

100 print run does not give any profit at all.

fyi.

No plastic slip is just bonus material for pre-order to protect double dip another KR Thor 2
