True values are set by BIN listings. The $200-$229 right now. The same price as it was going for the day I got mine first week of March. I expect price to rise slowly as its an exclusive numbered Marvel From Kimchidvd. Everyone wants KimchiDVD steelbooks now. Zavvi shot themselves in the foot and everyone is leaving zavvi in droves heading for the Asia market. That Asia market is smoking hot right now. I always had faith in it. They know what us collectors want and are working with us to get the best releases possible. I have never had a retailer in Europe personally ask me questions about upcoming exclusives yet to be announced. THe small mom and pop stores are the ones calling the shots now.

The above are all we need.

Values is quite lower than that. Although I am not a avid seller, true values are not set by buy it now listings at all. Lets be objective. You can't rule out auctions in attempting to value an item. Also market trends do not support your valuation. I said earlier that $100-$150 IMO would eventually be the going rate for these. Average 1/4 slip going rate is $120-$125. Lenticular is a bit higher at $170-$180 but dropping. As in any other business, values are determined by multiple factors and auctions are definitely one.

One more thing I consider is what the seller really takes away after fees. Considering this, true values are actually much lower than many think. BIN of $200 carries $20-$25 fees bringing take away down to $170 ish.

Thank you guys!

goufcustom the unsealed ones are in clear protective slips from Steelbook central (hard to see in the photo) :)
