I don't think I've ever received email confirmation for any of the kimchi SBs I've ordered

I always get a "Your order has been made successfully.( kimchidvd.com )" email for orders paid with a credit card.

For orders paid using PayPal, I just get the "Receipt for Your Payment to T Media" message from PayPal.

IMO, Kimchi should limit qty to 1 per order in the future so that everyone can get a chance in getting one.

Choi answered before preorder about limitation to 1 unit per order!

if set the limit like 1 per order, there is lots of parcel to ship out in a day because most of people has duplicated order too much. ask combined shipping to kimchidvd so it may cause delay on the shipping process

I missed the Leon 1/4 as well, but found a guy on eBay that had 2 listed as a pre-order for $50 so I snatched one up.

there will always be those who miss out and just cause you missed out shouldn't mean we should have future order limit restrictions. There are other means in obtaining sold out titles without paying inflated prices because we do have some very helpful members here.

i for one will congratulate those who were successful and tony and choi for even offering this awesome title with all its free gifts and giving this community a heads up on what time pre-orders went live (most people outside of hdn didn't have that info)

Exactly what happened to me and many others when Monsters University went live and the site was crazy. At the time I went mad, claimed it was not fair for it to behave like that (and it isn't, after all), but I didn't want any store to impose a limit of 1 to anyone. I went after the items and am working my way to get them.

This time I was lucky enough and managed to get what I wanted, no troubles.

I just wish KimchiDVd invest some on their servers to be able to support these times when everybody is trying to get their copy of a much anticipated release.
