For those interested. I have checked the discs and unfortunately the discs match the specs on the back card. There are no extra audio tracks nor subtitle tracks.

It is as listed. English and Spanish audio. English, Spanish and Portuguese subtitles.

Do you have to cover delivery costs for returns yourself? I have to return something to Zavvi too (not this)

They send you Collect+ or if not I guess have to pay postage if Royal Mail?

They told me on Monsters Inc that they'd send a collect+. They didnt so I would have to pay royal mail postage. I asked would I get refund for the postage, they said not. I complained again, and they sent me a collect+ label.

Hmm mok thanks, they've emailed me a returns document and at the foot of it there is an address label - it doesn't say on the label that this covers postage though... I'll have to take it to the post office nd see what they say!!

Just make sure you get proof of postage receipt
I actually took a photo of the receipt & the parcel & emailed it to them.
I have found with Zavvi the more info & evidence you send them the quicker they act.
It's a pain but it's worked for me in the past.

No problem mate it's a horrible feeling when you open your parcel & you see a damaged steel after you've been looking forward to it arriving & then your first thoughts are messing about sending emails etc.

Just goes to show, not everything in life moves forwards and gets better.

Disney can take an awesome amazing paramount thor steelbook and produce a THIS for its sequel. Sad really.

Well looking forward to the best buy and futureshop versions now.
