I received a reply today as well, saying a request has been sent to cancel my subscription. Wasn't expecting a reply at the weekend let alone on a Sunday! Good job Zavvi!

Can you tell me the process you took to cancel please?
Zavvi responded to me a few days ago but I haven't had any cancelations as the subscriptions still show.
I sent a separate message as a general enquiry asking again with no response.
I may just have to cancel my mastercard with the bank.
Managed to get another response from Zavvi saying they have forwarded it to the relevant department .. Again. I went through every method lol. Still showing in my subscriptions. I will give it a few days. Ignore my last post. Thanks.

Cheers, my wife alo bought one and tried to cancel before it was even sent and they refused to. Don't know how they get away with it. Would love to stop using Zavvi but have a darn steelbook addiction.. Lol
I think the fact that it does that seems like it's a serious glitch I can't believe that zavvi meant for it to take so much money off the expensive ones. I mean maybe they do but seems odd just have to wait and see but I am guessing loads of people are going to order all the expensive ones and they will either despatch or cancel them all.
I mean it's awesome if they let the orders through

Yeah Ive given it ago. Gone for 6 Pops between £12.99 and £14.99 plus 2 preorders which are a lot more expensive. I chose next day delivery as well so hopefully it goes through before they realise. Fingers crossed.
It's was emailed to subscribers only of the zbox and as I said I think it's a major glitch so if it goes viral then zavvi are going to notice pretty quick and cancel everything, maybe they do mean it but seems very odd

I subscribed since the Time Travel Zbox but no email received. Not lucky enough it seems

Yeah thats what I'm hoping. I think it must be an error, can't imagine they would let Pops that are £29.99 go for £8.99 just to compensate for a £19.99 Zbox. Who knows though?
I know I mean you are looking at like £50+ savings on ordering some of the more expensive ones.
Usually when they do an offer like that they change the prices to. £8.99 select a few you can order and that's it, but maybe it's an early xmas gift from zavvi, we shall see
I've tried it but few are preorders that don't come out till like December for my Xmas but it will probably be those they cancel.

I received an email from Royal Mail telling me an item was out via recorded delivery and it turns out it was the comic, so keep an eye out for one of them.
