Where i have had a good look around and cant find nothing not even at BD forum which is far in front of 4k reviews than anywhere else
It's from a German review site (up since Sunday):

If you scroll down you will see screen grabs of the issue.
I will returning my 4K copy and just gonna keep the Blu-ray version SteelBook.

This appears to be a comparison of old blu ray v new scan blu ray. And from my google translate seems to be an improvement anyway. So 4K will be perfect

True Lies Blu-ray in Spain is from Spanish Label Resen a bootleg label
They don't pay for distribution rights they just copy from various sources material as in from existing offical DVD/Blu-ray or TV broadcast and also copy extras without permission
It's legal in Spain due the strange copyright laws they have

It's not a authorized release outside of Spain
Well technically if there's a "loophole" that allows them to do it and for Amazon itself to directly stock it and sell it then it's not strictly "illegal" is it?

Amazon Spain is selling items distributed in Spain
Each amazon country website are separate from each other.

Lots of releases in Spain are bootlegs due to Spain approach to copyright

For example It would be illegal for Amazon UK or Amazon USA with amazon sarl as the seller to sell the Spain Blu-ray bootleg releases.

Importing these bootlegs from Spain if customs in countries based outside Spain seized the goods there is nothing you could do about it.

Just because is ok in Spain to sell these does not mean they are legal outside of Spain.

Some Spain bootlegs do sometimes show up on Amazon UK but these are third party sellers listings.

It is also being officially sold by Amazon (not third party sellers) in France and Italy. So apparently legal to sell outside of Spain.

Amazon France and Amazon Italy are not meant to be selling this Spanish import

The label is resen and is a Spanish release only allowed be sold in Spain
It's also known as a gray market release.
Resen use this gray market to sell releases
They have copied content from various other labels and made pressed discs from that content.
Spain changed it's laws in 2007 and why there has been lots of films from multiple labels in Spain you don't see as an official release in other countries.

Resen abuse this loophole in Spain in my opinion especially when coping content from other countries labels official releases including extras content.
Usually with extras you are supposed to licence and pay for that content from label who created the content.
Resen just copy that content without paying rights holder or getting permission.

Disney after purchasing Fox own the distribution rights to True Lies in USA/UK and some other countries

It is illegal and hasn't been authorised by the studios but if you're happy to give money to drug dealers and terrorists knock yourself out.
This comment was reported as racism. This is not racism. Racism is the belief that groups of humans possess different behavioral traits corresponding to physical appearance and can be divided based on the superiority of one race over another. If at anything it would be fraud or even theft and it's not even that. Let me explain why. Spain retains their own set of laws residing within their own government, and if the item in question resides within that government it is not even considered theft or fraud. Jeff Bezos has his own set of attorneys that report to him what is allowed and not allowed to be sold at Amazon Spain. Considering that Amazon is a legal entity to be allowed to sell in that country even under the scrutiny of the studio the legality of the sell of this item does not fall under the consumer. If you feel that this should be contested then report your finding to the government of Spain and representatives of Spain or even Amazon and they'll most likely pull the item and perform their own investigation into the matter. To make a purchase from a legal retailer is not breaking any laws, if it was being pedaled on some street corner then it wouldn't even be illegal so long as it falls under the laws governing that country. But to just reiterate, this is not racism.
