All of the Disney Classics have not been released on blu ray as yet there are 5 maybe 6 that most likely never will.
I am up to 42 of them as yet with I believe 44 available, between US and UK releases.

I'm keeping my pre-orders for the Toy Story's simply because I pretty much have nothing else on order throughout January and have the money available now for them. I also got them all with discount codes which brings it down a bit.

Just cancelled all my Pixar preorders.
The price is just to high for back catalog releases.
With no word on the finish. I just do not want Matte steelbooks on display.
I already have all of the Pixar UK releases, the Toy Story ones at least with perfect slips. This steel needs to be something along the quality of Finding Nemo to change my mind
I look forward to the first photos to prove me wrong.

The price is not that bad considering the pricing of the US Amaray but it could be priced a bit lower or maybe Zavvi can offer the trilogy as a set for 45.

the price could for sure be lower,if they can do monsters inc,cars,UP with 3D for an extra quid,they can reduce these too's i'll bite if they are nearer to finding nemo,but at this current price point they can shove it.

This is a bit pricey but this is zavvis chance to redeem the disney steels for me. If this is matte and dull then i will be cancelling ALL disneys. Cant justify the prices anymore for second rate items.

IMO I can't wait to get this and price wise at 17.99 with a discount code I don't think is bad, I know there isn't any 3D but it doesn't bother me, just greatfull zavvi made it possible for is to own Disney/Pixar in steelbooks.

I agree and have to say that these covers are much better than the Futureshop editions of Toy Story 1 and 2 which are as exciting as white paint on a snowball.

Waiting for price-drops is fair enough, but if they keep failing to sell well, then I fear we may no longer get as many Disney/Pixar steels, so I'm all for supporting these releases!

Zavvi. Take note. You have 6 days to gloss over those steels, otherwise nobody will be buying from you ever again!!

It does surprise me how little info we get on something like this, zavvi know at this stage whether or not this SB is debossed, embossed, gloss, matte, spot gloss or whatever but they choose not to tell the people/customers any info and expect us to blindly buy from them if I missed anything in this thread where it has been stated about finish etc, then I apologise for going on

I am looking forward to getting this, I will be either very happy with it or very disappointed, if I'm disappointed then I will look on the bright side of saving lots of money by cancelling the other pixar films

i paid 80€ for the whole german pixar wave (10 steelbooks) and they are super glossy! on zavvi 10steels for 25€ = 250€. paying triple price for a inside & back art? i don't think so

I pre-ordered this when Jungle Book was initially at £9.99 when bought with it. Tried 3 weeks ago to cancel the Toy Story cos I was really disappointed with the JB and also Little Mermaid, which I got at a later date, but it was too late to cancel.

Monsters Inc and Up look awesome and I'm glad they have the 3D discs! Hope this one does not disappoint!!

Yep, best move with no info I think Harry, its like paying a lot of money for a lucky dip with zavvi, until it lands on your door step and we open that cardboard box its any ones guess lol.

I decided to keep this order as even though I have all the german steels I'm not crazy about the german toy story 1 artwork, I like it but I hoped zavvi would/could do a good job with this.. it could be another nemo or another poor effort like twelve monkeys

Not long to wait now, may get dispatch emails by the end of the wk

I caved and sold mine. Hated the art for 3 as well, at least these ones will match a little better. Won't be getting rid of my Up or Monsters Inc jumbos though, partly because I prefer the art, partly because they're filled with 4 -disc releases I had to pay again for.
