Please be aware, some if not many, Best Buy stores have assigned the same sku to the Lenticular version, as they have to the Steelbook version. So if you ordered online based on the sku shown in the initial pictures that surfaced, you may not receive a Steelbook, but a Lenticular version.

Found some info on an other forum, this one has been confirmd as a Best Buy Exclusive in the USA. Region free.

Sitting outside in the parking lot waiting for BB to open its doors. There is some sort of line forming already. I am just going to rush through the door the moment some employee tries to open those glass doors...fun times in the good ol' USA :)

Went to BB during lunch, thye had 3 copies on a table in the front and my two copies being held.

My prices were a bit lower it was $25.86 each for the three I bought in the store and $26.74 for the store pickup ones

ooo and where is Acid, I want some crow eating after he cancelled his pre-orders :hilarious:

our thread says 2D/3D, but when i opened my Steel.. i only have one disc in there.. only one place setting for it. is it a dual format disc? or am i stuck with a 3D disc i cant watch?

I also Grabbed the Ghost Rider Steel which has 3 slots in it for 3 discs.

Hey Black Sunshine the 3D Blu-ray disc will play on your regular blu-ray player. No worries. It just won't be in 3D

Yeah I know, I shouldn't have canceled but BB is so wishy washy you don't know what to expect. Two days before release and they couldn't give me a straight answer so I gave em' the boot. Oh well, I'm still getting my one from Biscuit though so I'm all good. :oohyeah:

i dont blame you, best buy employees degenerate into a state of bewilderment the second you mention the word "steelbook"

Hey guys-in regards to cancelling or not cancelling the pre-order. Sometimes it is very hard to know what to do. Walmart a while back was sending out Amarays when it clearly said 'Steelbook' on the website. Sometimes at the logistics level, where the different products are housed, mixups occur and they are shelved incorrectly. Before you know it 100's of people can get the wrong product. Glad it seems to be working out for everyone:)

And...sometimes the info regarding exclusives is not programmed into the BB system that the Employees have access to, because some info comes down from Corporate, and it can create some confusion at store level. I don't work for BB, but know the inner workings of the retail/distribution part of it. Over the years I've read and heard about lots of confusion across retailers all over the world. As a customer its gets crazy frustrating (happened to me plenty of times), but just putting this out there, for a little perspective...
