Upcoming Concerts

Wow, what a year this has been for concerts in my ****** little city called Halifax. So far we've had Disturbed, AC/DC, KISS, All that Remains, Skindred and Chickenfoot to name a few. Upcoming shows include 3 Inches of Blood, Gwar, Lamb of God, Job for a Cowboy, Marilyn Manson and just announced the Canadian Carnage tour featuring Machine Head, Slayer and Megadeth. G'dam what a year. GIDDY-UP.

It was 300 bucks bought at iloveallaccess.com. It also gets you a photo taken with the band, a good seat for the show, free booze at pre-show party, a goodie bag full of Scorpions swag and a signed laminant. pretty good for the price whast you get. we never really had any time with the band, they were in for the photos and bright back out again. they've been struggling with sickness in the band so they weren't big onm shaking hands and exchanging kisses with the girls, even tho a couple of chicks snuck them in, lol.

Prolly going to See Avenged Sevenfold and Stone Sour in August.

Would love to go to Mayhem this year and see Korn, Lamb of God, and Five Finger Death Punch.

Also got tickets to see John Mayer and The Avett Brothers in August. Late Birthday present for the GF.

I had free tickets to Scorpions and Cinderella last night but i gave them away. I may go see evans blue and richy nix for free on saturday, Taproot sunday for free. I could also go see Vince Neil and Warrant those same days for free. but if i dont make it to any of those i am going to see 311 and Offspring on Wednesday

So because I went to see Sting last night I didn't get to go to Heavy MTL and see Megadeth. After the Sting concert I saw a tweet that said Megadeth were going to be playing a surprise show @ 1:30 am at a bar here in Montreal so I promptly jumped in a cab and got my ass over there. Sweet to see these guys in a bar. Never thought I'd ever get to see that. Off to day 2 of Heavy MTL today. Gonna be badass. Bands playing today are basically the same ones on the mayhem tour with a few more thrown in.

Going to see Eminem and Jay-Z next Friday. Great way to start the holiday weekend. Not a big fan of rap music but i have always liked Eminem since he is from the D. I've seen him twice before and the first time I saw him, when MM Lp was released, it was one of the best shows i have ever been to. Cant wait!

Eminem and Jay-z definitely was one of the best concerts I have ever been too. So many special guests, the stage was huge. B.o.b opened then Jay-z had an 1.5 hr set and Em had like a 2hr set. Just a great show overall. I wish everyone had an opportunity to see it. Here are a few videos I found from the show. (i wanted to embed the videos but every time i do they dont show up. i must be doing something wrong)



Favorite part of the night. People went crazy when Dre came out.

Pretty sweet festival playing in my home town this year. We have a concert site that is situated on a hill that leads up to an old fort in the middle of our city. Metallica and Seether amoung others will be playing there this July. Just bought my tickets. Can't wait.
