Just cancelled all my pre-orders including Winter Soldier Pinocchio & Indiana Jones quartet amongst others - came to almost £ 600 in total

I won't be using them ever again for anything - I don't pay good money to be treated like a piece of brown stuff by their "customer service" team - time to vote with my wallet instead of just moaning about it.

I have to agree that trialling card envelopes is a joke & if they are seriously considering this instead of boxes I will cancel all of my preorders & call it a day with Zavvi.
They're obviously trying to cut corners. You can't tell me they are not making money with all of the steelbooks they sell?

True. I guess I shouldn't complain really as thankfully mine appears to have survived being bent in half or dented to oblivion.. but still, a limited print run? I expect a bit more CARE to be taken! This is the first one i've picked up that has a spine slash on it, and it's really irritating me! But yeah, I suppose it could have been worse...

A vast majority of my Disney titles have paint chips rather than spine slashes. Like I've said before, prices rise quality control drops.

mine didnt have any of this so called foam and if they really are thinking of carrying on using a1 mailers going forward they must be mad. imagine if they send the next disney wave this way it will be carnage !!!

I bought 3 x V for Vendetta and all 3 have arrived with dents in new, poor packaging! Since they are sold out my friend and I ran no chance of two undamaged to come!
