Update to Zavvi delaying tactics # 77 - finally received a reply for my Monday enquiry - about my 2 bent double vendetta & Toy Story steelbooks I received on Saturday bear in mind that this letter was sent to my email address :-

In other words , they send an email to my email address asking me to confirm my email address in order to send a return label to my email address - I think they are winding me up
