No it was originally listed at £19.99 but came down in line with Beetlejuice and Mars Attacks! and yes, 5pm UK time is when it's scheduled for, but I'll be checking periodically throughout the day in case it goes up early!

I think the steelbook looks fantastic, but have to agree that I watched the blu ray just last month and the sound quality was pretty naff. Still cannot wait to pre-order this beauty though!
