No idea with that one Jimmy, I've never seen just the booklet sold before.
I got it couple of days ago it was £27 with the steelbook but then the guy told me he dropped the steel and it got damaged so I asked him if he would take £15 for just the booklet he said yes.

That seems a decent deal to me, it's very hard to come by so I think you got it for a good price.
