Saw POTC Curse of the Black Pearl go for $160USD new/sealed on eBay the other day (I realize it doesn't answer your question, but might give you a measuring stick to use for prices)

a friend of mine just told me he has a sealed This is it Korea for sale...but i have never seen one for sale

Future Shop Bilingual version are the rarest. Difference is in the data card. Pirates 1 is the most expensive as its the rarest. Pirates 4 still available from FS.
For Pirates 1 you are looking upto £100 all over.
Be around £70 - £100. Prices for them keep fluctuating a lot, but the main straw is they are gonna be expensive to acquire. Best to get opened ones if you are on a budget.
