I've had to contact them a couple of times as they have not given me the price drop, and only when I contacted them did they deal with it....

Well that's a great piece of sales strategy, get people to pay full whack (perhaps with small discount from an available code) then retrospectively apply a discount and make it the responsibility of the purchaser to chase after the discount, if they can be bothered. Doh!

I've sent a message asking what they [Zavvi] recommend that customers do to claw back any difference with the new publicised price decrease. So if anything (un)constructive comes through I'll share it with everyone....

would laugh if this ends up in bargain bin in next few months, also wonder how many will get caught out with the full price and don't check back.
