Didn't even notice that. You're right. It comes out in December. I'm guessing it is probably for the previous x-men origins wolverine then. Just wrong artwork.

In case some folks are unaware, Walmart stores have priced the Man Of Steel Collector's Edition at $24.96! It has an MSRP of $59.99 and Walmart online is selling this at $42.96. Killer deal I say and most definitely an early holiday surprise!

Someone pointed out earlier that it's not even released until December, so probably. My guess is they used the wrong artwork and meant to put x-men origins wolverine.
