Random question, but for North American's...don't you guys not like having German writing on the case? That's why I've always kinda evaded the German or other language SB's

I don't mind if it has a different language, I try to get the steelbook no matter the language on the cover or the back.

I personally don't mind all the different languages. At first I did but after getting the French version of Rise of the Planet of the Apes it looks awesome IMO.

There's something cool about having German text on some steelbooks even though I don't understand what it says. Each country has their own unique style which makes collecting fun

Well I figured with it being a non-exclusive release they might keep this one in print for a while, but yeah you could be right. Then I'd have to pay ebay prices and STILL have a scuffed case!

THIS IS A MUST OWN! My wife even LOVED this movie and she probably couldnt tell you jack about MMA, UFC etc. So if you think just because you don't like UFC/MMA etc. that you won't like this then you are truly missing out.

this release is region locked tho. And I'm really curious if the transfer on the USA BD is better than this ... if it is, I'll buy the BD as well .... cause this one has some grainy scenes due to the nature of the movie having some "at night" scenes.

Regardless .... awesome movie and must own steel!

Everyone is diff, but here is my take .... I dont care whats on the back of a steel ... Ideally I would like art ... but if its covered in foreign text it doesnt bother me.

I prefer English spines and as much english on the front as possible. A little bit of foreign language isnt a killer for me ... but when they use a bunch it kills it for me.

here's example of what I personally dont like ...

I agree-the film is much more about a complex relationship between 2 brothers and their father, and the different choices they made. I loved this film and know nothing about the style of fighting. It's a 'different' kinds of story,but very engaging, imo. Can't wait to get this Steel!
