Re print.

The studios have completely turned their movie business into a commodity. Supply and demand. Devaluing their assets bigtime. This will be the last straw until they really find out the pain of people renting and not having time to buy a movie.
The studios just don't get this new economy and the secular shift going on with people using the net and smartphones as their main supply of free time.

All the studios are doing is throwing gasoline onto the fire of their assets.

You make it seem like movie studios are the Federal Reserve. If they reprinted this they only did it with the intention of creating more sales, which doesn't hurt their bottom line, surely.

Even if this one is a reprint ... im not too hurt simply because I feel like one day some Country is going to do Warrior totally right. ie. Back art and no blue banner.

And if the spine sucks, I'll pull out the hair dryer and take off the spine and put this one on. :)

You can do it with memory chips as well. THey are oversupplying the market and devaluing their assets. Have you seen the fall of optical media and the pricing power over the last 7 years?

To me this is the last step before they pull the plug on OD. Its going to be PAY PER VIEW for the future. They don't want you to own ****. They want you to pay everytime you watch it on tv. This is inevitable. They've lost their pricing power on Optical forever and now they are doing the same thing with steels. They are turingning into nothing more but a cheap eco steel at this point.

I have been damn near 100% spot on with the fall of OD over the last 5 years. I predicted smart phones was goingb to be the deathknell for the studios. Its happening as we speak. Eveyrone is moving onto other forms of time wasting. From cheap to free. Eveyrone already has a cell phone contract and internet connection. That's thousands per year alone. That money used to go to studios, but not any more. Its only going to get worse once the next generation of video game consoles come out this fall. I will have ZERO time watching movies. I am sure I am not the only one.

If they want you to pay to view everything all the time. They wouldnt sign contracts with companies like netflix that then give unlimited viewing of the material.

but this i not the thread for this type of debate. ;p Granted I dont know where the correct thread is... ;p 4k forum? Tech?

Hey folks, there are many concurrent types of media delivery systems available to consumers. Feel free to start or join threads in the streaming, blu-ray or '4K, next tech' areas, so we can keep this thread focused on the actual 'Warrior' Steelbook. Thanks!
