I thought the comment referred to a steelbook similar to the UK and Italian but full gloss instead of spot-gloss. But it's about the Candian with a different artwork, right?

Yes, the Play.Com Steelbook and the Amazon.it Steelbook Reprint are identical (artwork and finish).
