When I say Mole I mean the Mexican sauce, not the small furry mammal that lives underground and makes mounds in people's lawns!
A local supermarket here in Spain is having a "Mexican week" and I just bought a couple of cartons of "Rogelio Bueno Mole". I've vaguely heard of this kind of sauce, and Mexican food is becoming increasingly popular in Spain, but its nowhere near as big in Europe as it is in the States (and of course Mexico!).
I was wondering if anyone here can recommend what it will go well with (Buffalo MX are you there?).
