I cant say which is my Favorite, I have many and like them for all kinds of different reasons.

Hellboy 2 (German) for the debossed front cover.
10,000 B.C. (German) for the unique crackle paint effect.
Wolfman (UK) for the black and white color shading.
Shutter Island (France) The whole concept of the art and barely any words.
Sherlock Holmes (German) same as Shutter Island.

Those are just a quick few as you can see they are all different and I love them.:scat:

Here's a few of my favorites

Inglorious Basterds (German) - Embossing/debossing in the front lettering
The Hurt Locker (Korean) - The artwork is awesome
Zombieland (German) - Artwork is cool!
Wolfman (U.K.) - It's really elegant and the shading makes even more appealing.

My favorites all happen to be debossed.

Transporter 3 (AU)
Wanted (Germany)
1408 (Germany)
Righteous Kill (Sweden)
Public Enemies (Germany)
Death Race (Germany) #1

I can't speak for the others, but I open any copies with minor damage (to be replaced later). All the rest I keep unopened and mint. For those I don't open, I either get 2nd hand blockbuster bluray duplicate to watch or PVR the movies on Satellite in high def.
So you can see some of us spend big time and the more you get, the more you want.;)

I like the artwork, but wasnt impressed with the type of case chosen. Its not matte, its not glossy, its that same crap I didnt like on the memoirs of a geisha.

Thats pretty much what I do, besides getting a 2nd hand disc as I dont have a blockbuster by me ... I pretty much just wait it out until I see it on amazon for like $10. Some titles I dont even mind just renting the blu or dvd. As with most my movie watching, I dont tend to watch the same movie again in a 6 month period anyways.

As for favorites.

Still a sucker for Iron man FutureShop
but I also am digging both Book of Eli steels (german and Canadian.)
Inglorious Basterds LE box (german)
IB Canada
Public Enemies Canada
Death Race german (awesome looking steel! Got it at release and still havent seen the movie! :p)
HellBoy 2 german (kicks major ass, one of top 3 best lookin steels in my book.)
Death Proof has been growing on me.
POTC steels.
Sherlock holmes
I could go on for quite a while.

inglourious basterds (futureshop)
hellboy (german) golden army is on the top of my wanted list.
pirates of the caribbean (futureshop) 1 & 2 still need at worlds end.
terminator salvation (uk)
shutter island (france)

love these for the artwork,& there some of my fave films.

looking forward to the 50th anniversary steel of psycho, artwork looks great.

awesome guys !! Keepum coming !!

I guess my collecting style is alittle differnt then most. I could really careless if there worth more unopened as there worth nothing to me if I can't get my enjoyment outta of them..

Blu ray is a new format to me as for years all I ever bought movies on was the laserdisc format and when pioneer phased out there players I cried in grief for my 1000+ laserdisc collection of which for some I piad hundreds of dollars for in the 80s and now they sell for 3 bucks on ebay. Then I cried again when I started buying all my favorite movies again on the DVD format which now I have a 300+ collection of those thaT has lasted me till this year when I finally dumped my projector and joind the ranks of owning a highend HD lcd panel. Which all my laserdiscs look like crap on and after viewing some dvds and blu rays I'm starting my media collection all over again on the blu ray format.

So the main reason I like the steelbooks is they make new blu ray format feel like it should highend !! I'm buying to watch and enjoy and get lost in for a hour or so I'm staying away from all the rare and super expensive ones and any that I can't full movie experince out of.

I'm not knocking anyones taste so please don't take it that way. I understand a lot collectors get enjoyment out of just owning a rare copy of something and they enjoy watching sit on a shelf. I'm that way about stuff too (my collection of old rifles for example.I don't me carry on and on but I just wanted to kinda introduce why I like steelbooks and what I plan to with them ......

Thanks.

What is your favourite steelbook/ironpack cover?

If you had to choose one art cover, which one would you choose?

Personally, my favourite would be the Terminator 2 Skynet edition. Just love the skull on it and the silver background. I wish I had it though. ;)

Honourable Mentions:
Avatar (Hong Kong version)
Iron man 2 (target exclusive)
