This disk so belong in this release, all of the details work very well together, to take one of the best Part of this release(the Disk Artwork) to put it into the stunning WWA steel that FA used for their exclusive film arena Collection Numbered edition, IMO you should not mix them, this Disk so belong in this Kimchi Release.

:stop::D

I love the artwork used on that steelbook. The disc art is excellent as well. Now I just hope the make an awesome looking slipbox. Really looking forward to buying this.

What's so special about the FA disc?? The Kimchidvd one looks FAR superior and the specs should be the same I would think?
Guess I didn't make it very clear. I want this disc in my FA steel. I'm with you in that I feel the kimchi disc is the superior artwork but imo the FA is the better steel.

Definitely looking forward to adding this awesome package in my collection, come on Kimchi let's get this pre order up and running.

I'm not sure it's worth the border for a small bit of embossing. Hopefully it doesn't cut into the picture too much.

I'd have preferred a flat steel with gloss.

I agree for that amont of embossing, it doesn't seem worth it.

In Term of steels I think the WWA is Far Superior ! No Border Flat Steelbook, Superb Glossy Treatment(REALLY SUPERB), steel looks like a piece of Gold, Amazing Artwork, debossed title; it has everything to make it Perfect. I myself think that the WWA Steel with the Artwork that won the competition to make it such a little piece of heaven, is definitely part of my favorite top 10 Steel of the Year.

Is this Steelbook nice = Yes for sure Kimchi did a nice one, but it doesn't rise to the level of the WWA Steel. I think what they have done special with that release to make it standout is basically the Amazing Disk Artwork... so I Kind of agree, to add this Disk Artwork in the WWA Steel and you get the WWA elevated just a bit higher as this is the only think missing from that release a custom Artwork Disk, the rest is ALL CLASS ALL THE WAY... too bad we can't just purchase the Disk itself only from Kimchi.

Looks like this release adds a trailer. Unless the UK release has one that isn't listed.

Do we already know if this will receive a full slip/lenticular slip/1/4 slip/slip slip sliiiiip treatment? :p

Whenever a Retailer has released their choices for their outercase to go with the release(Type and Design),
you would find that information in the ''OP'' (first Post).
When it becomes available, It is Updated on HDN almost instantly in ''OP''

So I would recommend for you to look in the ''OP'' to find your answer ;) :p

Okay, thanks Actarus :emb:

Oh how cool, there will be the original short "Whiplash" as a bonus feature. Is this nice addition in the FA release too? On a side note: when I noticed that the movie was running for "best non-original screenplay" category during academy awards, I thought there was a novel it was based on and I absolutely wanted to read it! Yet, the real reason for it being in that category was that the full-length "Whiplash" is just an expanded version of this short movie. But I mean... come on! Is that non-originality? Same director!! I know it's a matter of the term "original" semantics, but still...

Not that it would have had more chances to win against Birdman, anyway.
