So far I havent received any damaged steelbook from Zavvi so I cross my finger and hope for the best. It would be a nightmare trying to return and ask for refund. Especially from other country.

Can't wait for this now, it is going to be epic. I hope that this doesn't have any quality control issues and obviously that Zavvi come good on their promise. Wreck said that the packaging will be basically the same as what Play.com used, so it sounds promising.

International orders take up to 1 month to arrive, after sales service is horrible (comparing to amazon for example)... I hope they fix everything, step by step.

Unfortunately, this is not the only problem with zavvi.

International orders take up to 1 month to arrive, after sales service is horrible (comparing to amazon for example)... I hope they fix everything, step by step.

Not saying this isn't true but I'm in US and I've never received an order later than 7 days (also never damaged). But have read tons of posts about slow shipping so I don't know what gives.
