Wisdom Teeth Day

Today is the day the wisdom teeth finally get taken out. I'm also getting knocked the f' up.. lol

We are hoping this is what causing my everyday headaches/migranes... So I'll probably be out of commission for a couple of days, hoping only today and tommorrow, as I work on friday.. lol

I felt totally fine afterwards too. Then the numbness went away and it hurt a bit. Then 2 days later the pain got really bad. They told me to stop taking percocet but I couldn't becuase it hurt so f'in much. I finally went back in 5 days after the surgery and the doc was like "oh, you have a dry socket on each side of your lower jaw.... I bet that hurts really bad."

Well, it did, thanks a-hole! He put this little thing in each one that tasted like the way moth balls smell and the pain was gone instantly. Craziness.... hope you don't get dry sockets like I did, I've never had anything hurt that bad.

Worst thing to hear a dentist say is, "Whoops!"

Doctors too, for that matter.
 
did you say anything inappropriate as they were putting you under/waking you up? there are some interesting things said under the influence of anesthesia :D

my dad told me after i got mine i kept telling the doctor that since he took my teeth out, i weighed less :confused:
 
When I was on nitrous I saw some pretty kickass things not unlike what you would find in the trippy poster section of Spencer's...


I was also "watching" Modern Marvels and this big dump truck drove by and the sound of the gears shifting reverberated and "pumped" back and forth from my left to right ears and eventually popped like a bubble when the dentist started rinsing my mouth after a few drillings...


It was a wild day at the dentist office for sure!

me to got mine out when i was 17.the bottom 2 wasnt out the gum yet but he decided to take them out anyway so he cut them out of the gum.worst 2 weeks of my life.:(
