17 track is not as good app or site to track as Universal Parcel Tracking - Global Package Tracking
Used 17track for long time but it's simply failing in terms of info providing and in update phase.

I use multiple tracking sites. They always give different info and tracking updates. I don’t think it really matters at the end of the day. What ever one you find easier to use.
I use Royal Mail, 17 track, Koreanepantos, trackinternational, hongkongpost etc
