i got injured during my senior year (achilles tendinitis and plantar fascitis)

Man, I got achillles tendonitis about a year ago playing soccer. That was one of the most painful sports injuries I have ever had. I actually went to the doctor for a foot xray because I thought it was broken! Turns out that I just strained my achilles where it wraps around the bottom of the heel.... Took me 8 weeks to walk regularly again.
@Xtop, the first couple weeks are the most important! Once you make it a routine, it becomes much less intrusive. Then once you get the first bit of results, you remember why you put the work in in the first place. Keep at it!
Weight contest?
i only weigh 190..i'm 6'4!see thats the thing, getting into that routine is SO HARD. i do this every year..start running for 2 weeks, then decide i'm too sore and take 2 days off..well 2 days turns into a month. then i'm out of shape again. its tough. so much easier back in high school lol
