Seriously? This is the artwork? My god, Zavvi should start realising they're opting in to stock some lazy-arse Steelbooks a bit like Play.com were a while back.

And £999.99... Nice placeholder. Would be a shame if someone forgets to change it and everyone who pre-orders this junk are totally extorted.

Contrasting white & black front covers, and images that would have taken somebody two minutes to pinch off Google Images and stick on a Photoshop document. Effortless really, more time and effort went into making the standard Amaray cover. It's a no from me, I'll stick with my standard Blu-ray and nice shimmery sleeve.

Yeah I realise that - people tend to blame the retailer for it but I was trying my best to avoid that by saying they should realise they're stocking awful steelbooks rather than making.

I don't see how it adds up. Disney have announced & put out some banging Steelbooks recently but then they decide to do this.

All you have to do is create a hybrid steel between the 2 releases. Use the front cover of blufans and take the back art of Zavvis and add your custom inside cover and BOOM!!! You have the perfect steel.

i really wanna push this as much as possible, see if we can get zavvi/disney to listen. as we all know the customer is always right. so our views should be important, it'd be cool if as a community we could have some impact on the steels that get released, turning crap looking ones like this one into better ones. if we push hard enough maybe this could be the start of something.

come on mods, get your batman esc red phone and call zavvi

If Zavvi have time, that really would make for an exceptional release. I love the front in all it's 8-bit glory, having the game on the back would be a much better match.

Superb film, been waiting for this release. The blufans was nice but it stretches my budget too far.

i'd liike something like this.

I say we bombard zavvi with messages telling them to swap the back art for this...but i'm biased.

It would, but ONLY if they also change the inner artwork. Think about it. If they just changed the back to this, and left the art the same inside, that would mean that not one single character from the movie is pictured on the steel in the same animated form they appear in the movie as. (And no... you can't count the back of Ralph's tiny head on the inside.)

But if they go with the inside pic I posted naughty... you would at least get most of the main characters when you open'er up.

If I were designing this steel, I would scrap this whole setup and utilize more of the amazing artwork and characters scenes from the movie. Wreck it Ralph was a visually lush adventure animation and I think that should be captured appropriately.
