Probably. If these Studiocanal and Lionsgate delays have made me learn anything, its never to bother with those studios titles again....I hope they and Zavvi are reading these comments, as its damaging their business...
These were only shipped yesterday (23rd) so you won't see it until at least weds/thurs, they come from the Channel Islands warehouse.
Sealed pics, arrived this morning, background is most definitely a smoky grey, not white, its painted, ie not bare metal.

Got mine too, and it's honestly nicer than I expected... mainly because it didn't turn out to be bare metal. The matte paint doesn't look like that cheap flaky stuff either... I think it may actually have a slight hint of gloss (zero finish). Comparing it to the recent Imitation Game steelbook, the paint on this definitely seems thicker and shinier/not as dull.
Very nice steel. Opened my delivery today after having been away. Not seen it yet so was a blind purchase but pleased with this one.

Its a high quality matte finish with photo of 71 with possible zero finish that has a gloss look when held at an angle
The 71 image used is high quality paint
Its not white but is has smoky looking grey look that's on purpose has an aged look in some areas

The glue used on the Jcard is very strong
Its no problem removing the jcard itself but getting the glue of the jcard takes a bit of time and patience you also might need to remove some residue from the steelbook after removing the jacrd but that comes off easily
