14 discs in two regular-sized steelbooks
- 7 discs for Seasons 1 & 2
- 7 discs for Seasons 3 & 4
. . . as in 6 stacked in each plus one loose in a pouch?
Mondo style with some of the artwork - and most of the print . .. hopefully - on the clear slip ?
Would have been cool in GAME OF THRONES style packaging x4 also with clear slips.

Two regular steels with 14 discs?
wonder if the 14 is correct. whats max now in a g2? 6? cant remember if the inner thing had double slots front n back making it 8 disc. Or didnt they just stack dics now on a more protruding spindle. ie. 6 disc and one stack = 7 each. ahhhhhhhhhhhh the wonders of us steelbook nerds.
RE: STEELBOOK CAPACITY:-
1) Regular sized steelbooks formerly 4-discs maximum as seen in the U.K. ALIEN ANTHOLOGY steelbook (one disc on each side with a swing tray in the middle to hold the other two).
2) 6-disc steelbook available but looks to me more G1 sized than G2 Blu-ray size (despite the discs being Blu-rays)
3) 6-disc G2 streelbooks recently available. . . thanks to newer style longer spindle . . . and seen on the Korean release of PLANET EARTH for example:-
12 discs max on 4 spindles in 2 steelbooks

^ Yup, looks like they've made a mistake regarding the number of discs . . . UNLESS there are 2 discs of previously unreleased Special Features . . .

Yes, Zavvi showing 13 discs but description reads "13 discs + bonus" (disc?) and they have 14down in the "Product description" with Amazon sticking to14 from the get-go.
I count 13 discs in the Zavvi clip but then again I only see disc hubs on one side of each of the two steelbooks
As far as I know 12 is the limit for two regular steelbooks (with three on each new style elongated spindle).
Unless 1 or 2 are loose in clear sleeves I'm not getting the arrangement.
Cool artwork effect when placed side-by-side tho
. . . and, yes, that Amazon price really took the wind out of my sails when I saw it next to the Zavvi price but hopefully as soon as HMV list it @ £67 Amazon will do what they normally do and follow suit.

The artwork does look cool when placed together but the price is too high. I can't see these selling out any time soon so I will wait and see in hand pics.

love this show, ashame that it was cancelled before completing the story, still pre-ordered because it is way the best pirate depiction out there!
Didn't know this was cancelled but if it was, they did a very good job of wrapping everything up. I felt nothing was left unanswered
Cancelled? As a "pequel" of the Stevenson's Treasure Island novel, I think everything has been completed perfectly, nothing was left unanswered.
