Paypal, yes, that is what I ask for payment to be made by.

Shipping for 1 copy is around $14 or so - can't say for sure until I have the copy in hand and can weigh it.

Insurance can be purchased for a bit more.

If you check my other group buys in this forum, you can see what I traditionally have charged for shipping, etc.
