Dispatched here too!

I was actually hoping they'd come back in stock before they started shipping orders out, because I wanted to cancel my single edition order and go for the dual-pack instead. Oh well, I'm still happy to have Type B. :D

Got mine today and its fantastic. The box is certainly worth every penny. Once again Plain delivers with a fantastic release.

Mine arrived in the UK yesterday afternoon so hopefully get it on Monday

*Chef's kiss* This thing is boss.

The shoebox has a canvas-like texture to it, while all the yellow accents on the outside are glossy. It's about the size of an actual shoebox too, and it's very sturdy and has a good weight to it; there's definitely nothing cheap about it at all. I will say I feel like it might scuff really easily though, so you might wanna be careful with it.

Also, apologies in advance because there's gonna be a lot of posts.

The level of detail continues on the inside of the box too. Nice little things like the Foxcatcher logo and the movie tagline on the edges and stuff. The PLAIN sticker has a really heavy texture to it this time around. It's canvas-like again, but much rougher than what's on the actual box.

This deluxe edition comes with a fullslip that's different to the individual releases. It's definitely nowhere near as cool as the other two designs (patches and cutouts oh my!), but it definitely fits the whole aesthetic they've got going for the box. It's not a solid yellow and blue either, and actually has a shine to it.

I wish they used the Jonathan Burton artwork from the slipbox from their Amaray release for this Steelbook. They actually have used that artwork in this edition elsewhere (more on that later), and I think it would've been nicer than the fairly generic Photoshopped actors thing we've got instead. It's still a nice Steelbook though and there's some interesting touches that don't come through from the mockups. The Steelbook is super glossy and the title on the front and the logo on the back is debossed. What actually strikes me the most though is the fact it's not a plain coloured background. I don't know if you can see it from the photos, but all that dark grey is actually a curtain or fabric or something. The logo on the back is also slightly distressed and has some nice marks to make it look a bit worn. I also like that the disc art matches the fullslip and the colours of the shoebox. Do the individual editions use the same disc art?

Along with the booklet, the shoebox edition also comes with a very thick script book with a Korean translation of the screenplay. The text on the front and back covers have a clear spot gloss on them. Everything inside is printed in monochrome and not really of much use to anybody who doesn't read Korean. There's some pictures in it, but just a few pages worth. I didn't end up taking photos of it, but every back page (so the page on the left) inside when the screenplay starts doesn't actually have any text on it and instead has a large letter that spells out "FOXCATCHER" as you flip along.

All the little paper extras are kept in an envelope with one of PLAIN's signature themed wax seals. I'm a bit bummed my seal came a little scuffed up though.

The Jonathan Burton artwork they used for the slip from their first Foxcatcher release is reproduced here... as a set of stamps! I really love this and have no idea why. The stamps even have a nice sheen to them.

In terms of art cards, there's just a set of three reproducing alternate poster(?) artwork for the movie.
