very poor packaging from hdzeta shop in my opinion,
they should use a lot bubble wrap like did all korean retailers (nova, kimchi, plain)

Sucks your lenti has damage but I fail to see how that is the packaging's fault? The white envelope shows no damage whatsoever so this obviously happened before it even shipped.

IMO HDzeta's packaging is fine. If anything other Asian retailers go overboard with it. It wouldn't surprise me if 15% of the final price goes towards bubble wrap.

I was wondering if anyone has the same issue as me with the full slip. The steelbook slides out very easily and doesn't fit snug like most slips do. It's like the slip is ever so slightly bigger.

My lenti arrived yesterday and it's lovely. My first HD Zeta purchase and as I always do, opened the outer and steelbook packaging to fully appreciate it all. I normally keep the labels and place them carefully on the inside front of the case. But the gold label was an utter arse - the glue was way too strong for me to lift it from the cellophane and in the end I clipped that wrapping and the now rather bent up gold label and slipped it in with the postcards in that envelope.
